Returns & Refunds

At Inkolives we understand that sometimes what you have ordered may not fit or may not be what you expected. We will gladly exchange or refund, in accordance with our terms and conditions below.

No returns on Sale Items. All Sale items orders are final.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, please contact our Customer Service and specify the correct size.

 

Conditions of returns/exchange:

  • Returns must be made within 10 days from date of purchase.
  • Items need to be unworn and/or unused, in the original packaging including tags (no visible signs of wear, including perfume, cigarette odours or make up)
  • In the same box you received your item in.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if those criteria are not met. We do not refund postage OR freight.
    How to Returns or Exchange Orders from Australia:

    1. Notify Inkolives within 3 days of order received, by email to info@inkolives.com.au including your full name, address, telephone number and if you would prefer a refund, exchange, or store credit. Please also state the way you purchased the item
    2. Make sure the item is brand new as purchased perfect condition as detailed above in the “Conditions of returns/exchange section
    3. Please return the item/s with the invoice to Inkolives, Rear 9 Holtermann Street | Crows Nest | NSW 2065 | Australia.
    4. Order/s returned/exchanged must be received by Inkolives. No later than 1 week after notifyng Inkolives.
    5. Email Inkolives with the registered post number and date of return.
    6. Please note: No returns will be accepted unless Inkolives has been notified withing the time frame above (3 days of order received). Returns or Exchanges MUST NOT be sent back by Regular Post, as this does not provide insurance or tracking and your precious purchase may get lost. We strongly advise that Returns and Exchanges be sent either by Registered Mail, or Express Satchel from Australian Post. For Express Satchel remove small sticker which contains tracking id. Remember that Express Sachet does not have insurance attached – insurance has to be purchased separately. Inkolives will not take responsibilities for lost of order/s via Post Office. Inkolives will send any exchanges FREE OF DELIVERY CHARGE – only once. Please note refunds/exchange can take up to 14 days to process after goods have been received

How to Returns or Exchange Orders from Overseas: Please email our friendly Customer Service on info@inkolives.com.au, and let them know you’d like to return or exchange. You will then receive a form to fill out with an authorization number, which you will need to include in the return. Returned item/s need to be in their original state – please refer to Conditions of returns/exchange above.
